Park Overview
Described as one of the "75 last great places" by the Nature Conservancy, the beautiful The Neversink Gorge (Neversink River Unique Area) overflows with streams, waterfalls, a river. The 6,574-acre Neversink Gorge and the adjacent 585-acre Wolf Brook State Forest combine to over 7,100 acres of mixed broadleaf and evergeen forest.

Trout fishing and wildlife viewing are available along the Neversink river, see the stonework sluicegates at feeder streams.
Don't miss the rhododenron tunnels enroute to the mezmerizing Mullet falls in early July.
